Requesting a Refund

If you would like to request a refund for outstanding credit balances on your account, please follow the process below to ensure proper handling and timely processing of the requested refund:

  • Please call Pinnacle Family Practice at (703)429-2901 and choose option 3 to begin the process of requesting the refund. Please leave a voice message stating your full name, date of birth, contact information, intent for a refund, and expected refund amount.
  • Upon acknowledgement by the billing staff, you will be contacted and the account in question will be reviewed in detail prior to processing the refund.

*Note – If it is determined that there are other outstanding balances on the account apart from the charges in question, the requested refund will be reduced by such amounts and processed accordingly.

Receiving a Refund

Please allow up to 30 days from the time the request is acknowledged to receive the refund.  All refunds will be dispersed in the form of a check.
